Info on
the cottage
The
cottage is situated on approximately half an acre with lovely
open views, in a quiet holiday residential area. It is only one
mile from the beach and less than half a mile from the resort
centre of Blaavand. Outside the cottage has east, west and
south-facing wooden decking, with the south-facing terrace area
covered partially by a roof.
In the garden there are swings, a sand pit.
Changeover between visiting
parties is always on Saturdays. Please note that the following
applies with regards to the earliest checking-in and latest
vacating times:
Checking-in: 2 pm.
Departure: 10 am.
The key for the cottage can be collected by prior agreement.
Reading of Electricity Meter:
The rental charge for the cottage excludes electricity use. The
electricity meter reader is outside on the north-facing wall of
the cottage. Please ensure that you read the meter on arrival
and before leaving.
The electricity charge is 5,00 Danish Kroners per kWh. There is no
charge for water consumption. Electricity use is payable before
departing. |
Inside Layout and Facilities:
The cottage is a low-energy consumption
dwelling, containing the following:
•Spacious lounge and dining area with a vaulted ceiling
affording open views, a wood-burning stove, cabel TV, DVD and
CD player.
•Master bedroom with double bed (size 90 / 200 cm. X 2 pcs.) and cabel TV.
•Double bedroom with double bed (size 80 / 200 cm. X 2 pcs.).
•Double bedroom with two single beds (size 80 / 200 cm.).
•Mezzanine floor with additional beds that has Parental Control.
•Bathroom with toilet, hand basin, a large jacuzzi, sauna,
separate shower and under-floor heating.
•Heat pump for energy-friendly heat regulation.
•Kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker,
microwave and dishwasher.
•Children's chair (high) and weekend bed.
•Entrance hall containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
•Internet
•There is an outbuilding with miscellaneous tools, two adult
older bicycles, barbecue and various games.
Pets are allowed in the cottage!
